Privacy policy

LMS Plus provides a learning and competency platform to organizations such as companies, training institutes and universities ("customers"). Each customer controls the personal data of its own learners and staff; LMS Plus processes that data on the customer's instructions.

• Account details — name, work email, organization and role.
• Learning records — enrollments, attendance, submissions, scores, certificates and competency levels.
• Usage data — sign-in times, device and browser information and security logs used to keep accounts safe.
• Content — course material and documents uploaded by your organization.

We use personal information only to provide and improve the service, including:

• delivering courses, sessions, assessments and certificates;
• showing progress and reports to authorized people in your organization;
• generating AI drafts and recommendations that people review before use;
• securing accounts, preventing abuse and meeting legal obligations.

We never sell personal information or use learner data for advertising.

AI features work on your organization's content and learning records to draft courses, questions and feedback. Drafts are always reviewed by an authorized person before they affect official records, and customer data is not used to train third-party models.

Each organization's data is logically isolated. Data is encrypted in transit, access is role-based, and sensitive changes are recorded in an audit log. We keep data for as long as the customer's agreement requires and delete or return it when the agreement ends.

You can ask to access, correct or delete your personal information. Because your organization controls your account, please contact its administrator first; we will support them in responding to your request.
