How can we help?

Your organization creates your account and sends you a sign-in link. On the sign-in page, enter your organization ID (for example dhaka-skills), your work email and your password.

After signing in you land in the workspace that matches your role — Learner, Instructor or Admin. If you have more than one role, switch between workspaces from the menu under your name.

I forgot my password. Contact your organization's administrator and they will reset it for you.

I can't see a course I was told about. Courses appear under My Learning once you are enrolled. Ask your trainer or administrator to enroll you.

How do I verify a certificate? Every certificate carries a verification ID that your organization can confirm on request, so employers can trust it.

Does attendance work without internet? Yes. Instructors can mark attendance offline; it syncs automatically when the connection returns.

Can I use LMS Plus in Bangla? Yes — the interface is available in English and বাংলা.
